Q: Will my subscription automatically renew at the end of the subscription period?
A: Yes, your subscription will automatically renew. Please give us a 30 days notice prior to the end of your subscription if you chose not to renew.
Q: Will both Chrissie Williamson and Jessica Pizano be on every webinar.
A: Generally, they will both try to attend most webinars. However, occasionally there may be an obligation that conflicts with the scheduled time that means that one will not be available.
Q: How do I go about setting up an opportunity to present a case study?
A: You may use our contact form or email us at info@SNPpros.com. Case studies will be qualified based on topic and difficulty.
Q: What platform do you use for the webinars?
A: We use Zoom which requires a free installation of software that is available for computers (PC or MAC), smart phones and tablets.
Q: How do I access the previous lectures? What is the passcode for the locked seminars?
A: The recent seminars http://snppros.com/seminars/ page will remain locked until you are sent a pass code by the administrator. This pass code will be sent to all new participants upon registration. Periodically, this password will change. Any new pass codes will come to you via an email update from SNPed. The website holds the PowerPoint lectures and lines to Vimeo, which are also password protected.
Q: How do I access the previously recorded video lectures?
A: They are located on a private Vimeo Channel. The pass words are sent via email to all members when they are updated.
